RPM is dedicated to excellence and professionalism. We are committed to ongoing management training and accreditation by attending courses offered by Community Associations Institute (CAI).
CAI provides professional management development in the governance and management of community associations. Judi Jurkowski, the Founder and Principal, is a member of CAI #5244443 and Executive Council of Homeowners (ECHO). She has her certification as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) #8971 and holds an active California Real Estate Broker license #01146861

Real Estate Property Management (RPM) specializes in the management for condominiums and planned unit developments in the Bay Area.
